Mistakes undertaken during refueling of
hydraulic pressure oil in our company’s air riveters can result in damage to
the machine body and effect performance. With this in mind, the following
information has been included in instruction manuals, and we ask our customers
to please take note of the operation as indicated.
[Cautionary notes uniform to various models]
• Be sure to stop the air supply before
operation.
• Use LOBSTER Hydraulic Pressure Oil B10012
for the oil.
• After refueling oil, be sure to confirm
that there is no loosening of items in each of the jaw case sections.
• During operation, be sure to use the
proper air pressure (0.5–0.6 MPa)
Operate only after confirming operation is
in line with the points of caution described in the instruction manual* for the
given machine.

• After refueling using the oil feeder, firmly close the oil retaining screw and pull out the oil piston.
• Loosen the oil retaining screw and remove any excess hydraulic oil from the exposed oil piston.

• Remove the cap or oil tank cap, and fill
the rubber tank.
• When the rubber tank is in a slightly
collapsed state, this is the correct oil amount
• After refueling, confirm that none of the
parts related to the jaw case are loose.
